    Once you've purchased a membership at Ripped Fitness, you have immediate access to the gym. Simply visit us and get your fingerprint set up at the front desk with one of our helpful team members. Please make sure to keep your confirmation email handy to speed up the process. Our team will guide you through the setup process and ensure you're ready to start your fitness journey with us.   • How long does my subscription last for at Ripped Fitness?
    Access starts as soon as you purchase a membership unless you've specified the plan to start at a date in the future, in that case, access will begin then.
  • What is the return policy for Ripped Fitness?
    We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their experience. If you are unsatisfied with any of our services or products, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund, at the start of any of our annual membership packages and merchandise Please note that this policy applies to merchandise and annual packages, and not our training sessions, classes, or memberships.
